PROTEIN CHOCOLATE PUDDING


A wonderful indulgent tasting chocolate pudding which is perfect after a workout but also ideal if you want an energising breakfast or healthy snack. You can keep this vegan by simply using a chocolate vegan protein powder. I use coconut yogurt but you could swap this for thick Greek yogurt if tolerated. A perfect treat for children too. This takes just minutes to beat together making it the perfect chocolate dish when you’re craving something sweet.

Prep time: 5 minutes.


Ingridients:

400g Coconut Yogurt or Greek Yogurt

30g chocolate protein powder

2tbsp peanut butter powder

1tbsp nut butter

1tbsp xylitol or erythritol

1tbsp cocoa powder


Place all the ingredients in a glass bowl and beat until smooth. Spoon the mixture into glasses and decorate with chopped nuts and chocolate
